**I've been importing in this blog all of my previous posts from my old blogs. I want to merge everything because I felt there is a sense of security in doing so.
**This page right here was actually a blog post from my late blog, “ROAD TO KILL”. The blog itself was deleted but I never deleted my writings. I love all of the masterpieces I made from the past, beautiful, ugly, good or bad writings will always be kept! And I just decided today (February 9, 2013) to publish again all of these masterpieces in one site! Dates are preserved by the way.

Liz: I'm in love, I think I'm having a relationship with my pizza. Your breaking up with your pizza, what's the matter?
Sophie: I can't.
Liz: You mean you can't? It's pizza, we are in Napoli, it's moral imperative to eat and enjoy that pizza.
Sophie: I want to but I've, I've gain like 10 lbs. I mean I got this, right here on my tummy I don't know what it's called, what's word for it.
Liz: Muffin top, I have one too.
Sophie: I unbutton my jeans like five minutes ago just looking at this.
Liz: May I ask you a question? On all the years you had undress in front of a gentleman.
Sophie: Hasn't been many.
Liz: Alright well, has he ever ask you to leave? has he ever leave walk out?
Sophie: No.
Liz: Because he doesn't care. His in a room with a naked girl, that's all that matter, he's like he won the lottery
I'm so tired of saying no and waking up in the morning and recalling every single thing I ate the day before. Counting every calorie I consume so I know exactly how much self-loathing to take into the shower.
I'm going for it. I have no interest in being obese. I'm just through with the guilt. So this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to finish this pizza and then we're going to go watch the soccer game, and tomorrow, we're going to go on a little date and buy ourselves some bigger jeans.
Familiar? Yan ang pinaka-peyborit kong lines sa Eat. Pray Love. Hindi ko sure kung tama lahat yung nasulat ko kase pinakinggan ko lang at walang subtitle. Si Liz ay si Julia Roberts. Sana makatulong ang mga linya na yan para magpalubag loob sa katabaang nadadama ko. Lol.
Ang dami ko ng nabasang review na ang boring daw nito. Kahit nanay ko ganun din sabi. Pero super naapreciate ko ang movie na toh. Tamad kase ako magbasa trulaloo. Gusto ko magbasa, pero madami akong alibi para di magbasa.
Isa pa, super interesting kase nung topic, pagkaen, faith at love. Uhlala! Sabi ko, sana makapunta ako sa Italy, kung saan ang mga tao ay nagkikiss in public habang pinapanuod sila ng mga kumakaen ng pasta.
Dolce Far Niente. Ang ibig sabihin niyan ay The Sweetness of doing nothing. Sabi nila kase ang mga kano daw parang masyadong workaholic, tapos kapag nag-enjoy ng konti, naguguilty. Yung parang tipo na hindi deserve yung pleasure ng bakasyon. Sa Italy daw, dapat marunong ka umupo at mag-enjoy. Americans know entertainment, but they don't know pleasure.
Madame ako nagustuhan sa movie, lalo na na search siya sa harmony at balance sa buhay. Na minsan kailangan pa rin natin harapin yung imbalance ng buhay para maging balance ito.
nice napanood mo na pala yan... babae ka kasi kaya naappreciate mo, ako kasi naboringan..pero maganda ang istorya... yung wife ko naman medyo inantok pero nagandahan sa lesson ng movie....

ReplyDeleteMatagal ko nang na-downloaded ang movie na ito, pero hanggang ngayon ay hindi ko pa napapanood dahil nga sa boring daw ito, pero dahil sa blog mong ito, papanoorin ko na (siguro,hehe). I love julia roberts since "beautiful girl". na-curious din ako sa paniniwala ng mga italyano at americano about pleasures and life. hehe..tnx

ReplyDeletefavorite ko ang pizza kahit araw araw yan nlang ang pagkain! tama rin un, kelangang harapin kung anumang dumating sa buhay para nakikita kung san may dapat i-improve.

ReplyDeleteactaully how many times ko syang pilit tapusin basahin and i can't find myself doing it!!kaasar lang! though i find a little interest sa first part because of her eating habit which suites me!! heheheh! like the gelato and pizza thing na kung saan saan pa sya dumayo para lumapang.
but i dont like the idea na nakipagdivorce sya and that she went to india to isolate her self....what ever...it's kinda annoying that's the reason na di ko na din sya pinanood and by the way it's the author's story herself. basta don't like it!!! di ko na sya binook mark sa ebook ko!

Di ko pa sya napapanood. Kung sinabing boring at mabagal ang movie, naku baka hindi ko magustuhan, critic kasi ako pagdating sa mga movies.i hope i can try to watch it.
